Audrey McKenzie Hareford

Audrey McKenzie Hareford, 62 of Elkton, died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the home of her daughter.

Mrs. Hareford was born May 11, 1952 in New Market, daughter of the late George Franklin McKenzie, Sr. and Helen Geneva Dinges McKenzie.

Mrs. Hareford was a member of Faith Alive Fellowship Church in Elkton.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky William Hareford; two daughters, Michelle Dove and Angela Knupp both of Elkton; a son, Raymond Knupp, Jr. of Timberville; a sister Flora Strode of Quicksburg; a brother, George Franklin McKenzie, Jr. of Quicksburg; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson with the Rev. Donnie Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Jackson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Knupp, Aaron Knupp, Nicolas Knupp, Marcus Knupp, Zachary Smith and Brenden Ritchie.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.at the funeral home.

The one person that could put a smile on his face,Dennis isn’t here but know Ray he has his hand on you from above. If anyone needs anything at all let me know.     I was saddened to hear of Audrey’s passing. My mom(Geraldine Richards, Audrey always called her Gerry) and Audrey worked together for many years at RMH in housekeeping. They did many things together, especially laugh alot.It brings tears to my eyes as I try to this.My heart goes out to each and everyone. She will be missed.She is now in the Lords hands.Her and my mom are dancing in Glory! Where no pain and no sorrow ! Prayers!
