Beulah Herald Allen

Beulah Herald Allen, 66 of Woodstock passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 in Winchester. A Funeral Service will be held, Monday December 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Gardens. Pastor Banks Swanson will officiate.

Mrs. Allen was born May 3, 1948 in Manchester Kentucky. Daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Turner Herald. She was a member of the Shenandoah Community Fellowship Church. She worked at Aileen for 25 years and later retired from John’s Manville. She was a hard worker, loved gardening and very devoted to her family and took care of her late husband, Eugene Allen for 12 years. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James and Roger Herald.

She is survived by a daughter, Misty Rosenberger of Woodstock; a step-son, Greg Allen of Kentucky; 2 step-daughters, Tamela Kagey and Shelley Allen both of Stephens City; 6 grandchildren, Madison Rosenberger, Ashley Rosenberger, Kendall Rosenberger, Bryan Bowers, Johnny Kagey, and Presley Allen; 1 sister, Helen Markham of Woodstock; and 2 brothers, Chuck and Paul Herald both of Woodstock.

Pallbearers will be John Kagey, Johnny Kagey, Charles Herald, Jr., Troy Allen Herald, Duane Lee Herald, and Bryan Bowers.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Shenandoah Community Fellowship Church, 197 Patmos Rd. Woodstock, Virginia 22664.

      I always enjoyed talking with her and her Sister at church.
      She worked at Manville with my husband Bob. Rhinehart.
      A very nice lady,she kept an eye out for Marie Seip,they were
      neighbors.
