Carl Stanley Good, age of 87, of Martinsburg, WVA, died Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Inova Fairfax Medical Center.
Mr. Good was born February 7, 1930, son of the late Earl Randolph and Ellen Naomi Crabill Good.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Gladys Good.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tammy Good Titus in Haymarket; a son, Blaine Good in Martinsburg; a granddaughter, Tabatha Titus of Haymarket.
He was a member of Westview Baptist Church in Martinsburg, WVA and the Muhlenberg Post #199 American Legion.
He served in the Korean War with honorable discharge and went on to work for Avtex Textiles and retired in 1989. He will be missed by his family. His Daughter cared for him for the past four years in Haymarket, VA. He enjoyed working on cars, country music, fishing, and fresh garden fruits and vegetables. He loved going to the Shenandoah County Fair, and the 4th of July celebration. He also enjoyed visiting his buddies at Fadley’s Garage and Cook’s Exxon Garage. He loved his home town of Woodstock, VA.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock with Pastor Bryan Dugger officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock with Military Honors.
Pallbearers will be Blaine Good, Gary Titus, Dale Fogle, Richard Fogle, Rob Titus Ray Titus.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home.
