Robin, you had two dear parents. I drove up Bellefonte in their memory when I heard the news of your father’s death. Both are gone far too soon. I hope Jake is enjoying seeing them again. At the same time, I am sorry for your loss.

To the Family: I have known Loretta as friend for more than 40 years. Our children grew up together and we have kept in touch even though living miles apart. My heart is heavy and so sorry that I could not be there in person for the funeral this morning, but I am certainly there in spirit. My sympathy and my prayers are for all of you. God has called another Saint home. As we celebrate her life here on earth, I am sure there is a lot of celebrating going on in Heaven today. Mabel has gone home to God, her beloved Charles and all of her family and friends that have gone before her. She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend to all that knew her and will be missed . She raised a beautiful family and was of help to any one she could. She treated my daughter Trudy as if she were her own, and Trudy loved her the same. She will be remember for the way she lived her life; her love for the Lord and Prince of Peace. To be able to return home with a Heavenly celebration must be something to behold. Although she is not present with her family she will always be alive in their hearts and in the hearts of everyone that knew and loved her. A true Saint and may she rest in peace forever.

Aunt Cookie, I will miss you so, and I will miss our long talks. I regret not seeing you recently; I’m sorry, but I am so glad Mom and Miss Bootsie made those visits. Miss Bootsie really wanted to send you on a spa day at your discharge. I am so very sad, but I find some peace knowing you are not suffering and that you have rejoined Charlie. Please hug him and Mammaw for me. I’m glad you let me take some great pictures of you in August and September; you sure looked fabulous. I’ll look after Elizabeth for you. Rest in Peace. Gladys will truly be missed at Greenfield. She was a lovely woman who enjoyed Bingo twice weekly, morning stretching exercises and music activities.
It’s comforting to know there’s an angel in heaven looking out for me. She will forever remain in my heart.

Dear Robin, Liz and Sierra, Floyd was like a father to me and a great friend, he took me under his wing at the phone company many years ago. I remember spending many times at the farm with him and always laughing hysterically most of the time.
