Donald Dean Winstanley

Donald Dean Winstanley, 83,  of Woodstock and formerly of Leesburg, died Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Consulate Health Care of Woodstock.

Mr. Winstanley was born May 2, 1933 in Johnstown, PA, son of the late Jeremiah and Naomi Ruth Weigel Winstanley.

He was preceded in death February 19, 2014 by his wife, Nancy Shato  Sterling Winstanley.

He was a member of Mt. Herman United Methodist Church west of Mt. Jackson.

Mr. Winstanley is survived by three sons, Gary Winstanley and Tom Winstanley both of Woodstock, Bruce Winstanley of Hagerstown, MD; a daughter, Joan Neese of Pasadena Tx; 12  grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Brian Winstanley.

Services wil be at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity or Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church, c/o Karen Cook, 340 Kelly Road , Mt. Jackson, VA 22842.

Cremation arrangements are by Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson.

    Dear Winstanley Family,
    Don and Nan were such dear people and often came to our home when my husband Lin and I lived in Woodstock VA. May warm memories of them comfort you all.
