Ellen Delores Dyer

Ellen Delores Dyer, 77 of Woodstock passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Pastor David C. Camps will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

Ellen was born September 10, 1940 in Woodstock. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Virginia Mayberry Dyer. She retired from the state department, was a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Woodstock. She attended Hampton University.

Ellen is survived by 2 brothers, Perry E. Dyer of Landover, Maryland and Antony M. Dyer of Clinton, Maryland; 1 sister, Virginia Smith Shelton of Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Arrangements are in care of Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock.
