Jane Elizabeth Good Cooper

Jane Elizabeth Good Cooper, 81 of Winchester, died Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Consulate Health Care of Woodstock.

Mrs. Cooper was born February 14, 1936 in Shenandoah County, daughter of the late John W. and Corinne Pence Good.

She served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and worked in the Pentagon. She also served in the West Virginia Air National Guard.

She was also a self employed cosmetologist.

She is survived by a daughter, Pamela Artrip of Winchester; two sons, David Cooper and his wife Pamela of Winchester and Cecil Artrip, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Coral Springs, Florida; a step-daughter, Deborah Cooper of Parkersburg, West Virginia; a sister, Helen Green of Mt. Jackson; two brothers, Richard Good of Middletown and John Thomas Good of Edinburg; and five grandchildren, Allison Artrip, Jesse Cooper, Chloe Artrip, Morgan Cooper and Travis Artrip.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Jones.

The funeral service will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson with Pastor Bruce Kipps officiating. Committel service  will follow at Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson.
