Jerry David Kibler, Sr., 70 of Edinburg, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, September 6th from 1-4 at the Woodstock Moose Lodge #575.
Mr. Kibler was born May 14, 1945 in Woodstock, son of the late Shirley David Kibler and Margaret Sherman Kibler. He was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from Lantz Construction in Broadway. He was a member of Antioch Church of the Brethren, Woodstock Moose Lodge #575 and the Virginia Gold Hounds. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Cameron Weatherholtz.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Delores Marie Kibler whom he has been with for 37 years; seven children, Jerry D. Kibler Jr., Myrna Steadman and husband Brian, S. David Kibler and wife Mandy, Brandi D. Chavez and husband Mike, Stephen S. Kibler and wife Valerie, Cherrie Hammonds and husband Mark, and Arica K. Kibler; seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was the oldest of eight brothers and two sisters.
