Judy Ann Wellard Ritter

Judy Ann Wellard Ritter, 69 of Woodstock passed away, Monday October 15, 2012 in Winchester. The funeral service will be held Friday October 19 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Gardens. Pastor Robert O. Jones Jr. will officiate.

Mrs. Ritter was born December 3, 1942 in Quicksburg, Virginia, daughter of the late Charles Glenn and Nina Harpine Wellard. She was a member of Solomon’s Lutheran Church in Quicksburg.

She is survived by her husband Ralph of 49 years; five sisters, Geneva Rhodes and husband Richard of Maurertown, Fleta Bowers and husband Beverly of Edinburg, Marilyn Dellinger of Mt. Jackson, Ellen Ryman of Strasburg, and Donna Neff and husband David of Broadway, and five brothers, Charles Wellard and wife Peggy of Mt. Jackson, James Wellard of Quicksburg, Freddie Wellard Of Quicksburg, Stanley Wellard and wife Gayle of Woodstock, and Keith Wellard and wife Cindy of Quicksburg. She was preceded in death by a brother Eddie Wellard.

Pallbearers will be Gary Wilkins, Eric Wilkins, Dale Ritter, Terry Ritter, Brian Ritter, Jeff Heltzel, Charles Ritter III, and Randy Sumption.

The family is receiving friends at Ralph’s home anytime.
