Linden F. Gochenour

Linden F. Gochenour, 84 of Woodstock passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 at his home. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 18, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Gardens. Reverends Howard Lutz and Dale Bowers will officiate.

Linden was born February 24, 1932 in Woodstock. He was the son of the late Clarence and Minnie Mae Wetzel Gochenour. He was a member of Community Mission Church of the Brethren. He was a lifelong farmer. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Lee, Raymond and Elwood Gochenour.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mildred Hottle Gochenour; a son Gerald Gochenour and wife Debbie; a daughter Linda and husband Burke Jessee; 2 granddaughters, Dana Gochenour and Amy Ridout and husband John; a great grandson, Jack and a sister- in- law, Marvene Gochenour. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Douglas Estep, Rob Kibler, Gene Kibler, Bill Gardner, Jeff Bushong and Kevin Dysart. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Ray Rau, Burgess Dellinger, Charlie King and George Hawkins.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 6:30-8:30.
