Luba Virginia Golladay

Luba Virginia Golladay 89, of Quicksburg, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

She was born December 31, 1921 in Hudson Cross Roads, daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Annie Luvenia Coffman Turner.

She was married August 14, 1943 to G. Z. “Gummy” Golladay who predeceased her January 18, 1986.

She is survived by a daughter, Gloria Green and her husband Larryof Mt. Clifton; two sons, Frank Golladay and his wife, Judy of Manassas and Ronald Golladay and his wife Jaynelle of  Mt. Clifton; a sister, Anna Baker of Harrisonburg; a brother, Norman Turner of Edinburg; three grandchildren, Aaron Green and his wife Anne of Harrisonburg, Kimberly Horn and her husband Robb of Wisconsin and Kristi Lineweaver and her husband Joshua of New Market; and six great grandchildren, Ryan and Paige Green, Jada and Rowan Horn, Grayson Golladay and Gabriel Lineweaver.

She was predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be Saturday, at 11 a.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson with Rev. Glen Turner officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Jackson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the late home anytime.
