Mary Catherine Neff-Grove

Mary Catherine Neff-Grove 68, a resident of Woodstock, VA was born in Woodstock, VA on August 21, 1947. She entered Heaven’s gates on October 22, 2015.

Mrs. Grove passed away at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, in Woodstock, Virginia with friends and family by her side. She was the daughter of Louis and Dorothy Neff. She was united in marriage to Calvin Charles Grove. He preceded her in death May 15, 2005.

She is survived by her children and spouses; Kim (Freddie) Miller, Woodstock, VA and Randall (Michelle) Grove, Woodstock, VA; 7 loving grandchildren, Kenneth Kibler, Hunter Kibler, Emma Miller, Brei Grove, Charlotte DeCourcey and Lanndon and Haylee Wilkins; 2 brothers, Freddie and David Neff and 1 sister, Imogene Neff-Lann.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Louis Neff Jr. and 2 sisters, Sarah Jane Mauck and Lucy Romick.

Mary was a consummate mother and homemaker, Mary was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and couponing. She also loved to watch food and cooking channels.  Mary worked for A&N Department Store from 1985 to 2007 as a Store Manager for 22 years.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2015 at Dellinger Funeral Home, 159 N. Main Street, Woodstock, Virginia by staff and Rev. Brandon Dove Burial will be at St. Luke Cemetery, Woodstock, Virginia. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Dellinger Funeral Home.

Pall Bearers are as follows: Kenneth Kibler, Hunter Kibler, Wade Feller, Amos Silvious, Levi Foltz and Jeremy Haun.

Honorary Pall Bearers:  A&N Store Employees, John Waybright, Ivan Foltz, Dustin Richman, Kevin Miller and Randy Dellinger.
