Charlotte Roe Obituary
Charlotte J. Roe, 77 of Woodstock passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in Woodstock. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in St. Luke Cemetery. Reverend Mary Louise Brown will officiate.
Charlotte was born March 26, 1941 in Newport News, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Jane Messick Stultz. She was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Lynn Ashby and Pam Sweeney; 1 sister, Garnell Stultz; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Woodstock Rescue Squad P.O. Box 221 Woodstock, Virginia 22664 or St. Luke Lutheran Church 923 St. Luke Road, Woodstock, Virginia 22664.
Arrangements are in the care of Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock.
