4 Condolences to Shirley Ann Sherman

  1. Spencer and Jessie McIntosh, Edinburg says:

Our deepest condolences to Shirley’s family. She was a huge part of “Spencer’s” family and we knew we could always depend on ‘Shirley Baby’ to see that our standards of customer service were followed. Her helpful and friendly attitude were a quality that endeared her to many. Besides being a great employee, she and her family remained friends after we sold the business. It was always a pleasure running into and catching up with Shirley. Remember Shirley as we will, with heartfelt fondness, and a smile.

  2. Patricia (Trish) Compton says:

My deepest sympathy goes out to Shirley’s family and close friends. I had worked with Shirley at the Shenandoah Valley Press in Strasburg, Va in the late 80′s early 90′s. My family and I hit some hard times when my oldest son was 4 years old and Shirley, and her family went and got us a Christmas tree, decorations, and toys for our son . I will always remember that. Shirley had a wonderful caring heart, and would do whatever she could to help anyone. She and I had lost contact over the years, but we had just recently reconnected, and had enjoyed several phone calls before her passing. I will miss the phone conversations that we will never have now. I pray that in the days, weeks, and months to come, that The Lord will comfort her families heart, that he will give them strength, and that he will also give them the peace in their hearts, that only he can give. Rest in peace Shirley, you surely will be missed!
