Arthur Cheney Obituary
Arthur M. Cheney, 76 of Toms Brook passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Martinsburg VA Center. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Grace Evangelistic Church in Strasburg. Pastor Tony Raker will officiate.
Arthur was born December 16, 1942 in Riverside, California. He was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Beach Cheney. He served in the US Navy and Coast Guard, receiving numerous ribbons and medals.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Betty Cheney; 2 sons Steven and Dale Cheney; a daughter Jennifer O'Brien; a stepbrother, Mike Caviness; 8 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
