Brunhilde Evers Obituary
Brunhilde Evers, 70, of Basye, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester.
She was born August 7, 1946 in Volkmarsen, Germany, daughter of the late Teresa VonGermeten.
She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Eldon Evers.
She is also survived by two daughters, Loretta Oslund of Anchorage, Alaska and Darlene Vendelboe of Milo, Maine; four sons, Brian Evers and Bill Evers both of Ashburn, VA, Brad Evers of Centerville, Ohio, and Mike Evers of Boston, Massachusetts.
She is survived by a sister Klaudia Zyweck of Brevna Germany, two brothers, Udo Krug and Holger Krug both of Volkmarsen, Germany.
Also surviving are six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Basye with the Reverend David Drebes officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 Cork Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
Cremation Services are provided by Dellinger Funeral Home, Mt. Jackson, VA.
