Bryan Kraft Ingham, 26, passed away on October 10, 2018, due to complications from diabetes after a brief sickness, at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC.
Bryan was born in Fairfax, Virginia on December 10, 1991, before growing up principally in Alexandria, Virginia and Fort Valley, Virginia. He also attended high school in McLean, Virginia, graduating in 2010.
He studied sociology at Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated in 2017. One highlight of his college experience was a life-changing seven-month internship teaching English in China. He had recently begun a master's program through Johns Hopkins University's School of Education teaching third graders at an elementary school in Washington, DC.
Bryan was known for his outgoing personality and ability to befriend people of all walks of life. He engaged people on their terms and helped them feel comfortable, uplifted, and inspired with his humor and deep appreciation for life. He was a passionate advocate for education, animal welfare, and serving those around him.
Bryan is survived by his parents, Frank and Dawnell Ingham, his brother Glen (wife Brittany and their son Erik), his sister Arianna, and his brother Jacob.
Funeral services will be held at the meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 13 in Woodstock, Virginia.
