Harry Grim Obituary
Harry Grim, 77 of Mt. Jackson passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at his home. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 14, 2021 in Panorama Memorial Gardens. Reverend Larry Rinard will officiate. Family and friends can visit at Teresa's home on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 5-8 P.M.
Harry was born on August 14, 1943 in Strasburg and was the son of the late Harry Leo Grim and Rose Marie Stover Grim. He was a 1961 Strasburg High School graduate and upon graduating, he served his country faithfully in the Army. He worked at Dunham Bush as a quality control inspector. Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline Kay Grim and 2 brothers, Richard Leo "Sonny" Grim and John William "Billy" Grim and 2 half-brothers, Ray Lee Grim and Albert Jackson "Jack" Grim.
Harry is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Presgraves and Teresa (Carroll) Richardson all of Mt. Jackson; three grandchildren, Andrew Presgraves, Dwayne Richardson, and Jessica Richardson; and two great grandchildren, Daniel Richardson, and Timothy James Richardson; and 2 brothers, Harvey (Anne) Grim and Stanley "Tommy" (Rita) Grim.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Harvey Grim, Tommy Grim, Mike Grim, Andrew Presgraves, Carroll Richardson, and Jessica Richardson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at American Cancer Society, Relay for Life of Shenandoah County (RX7AA5), P.O. Box 4110 Glenn Allen, Va. 24058 or Mt. Jackson Rescue and Fire Department, P.O. Box 251 Mt. Jackson, Va. 22842.
