Madonna Spaulding Linski, 80, of Auburndale, FL and formerly of New Market, died June 30, 2018 at home. She was born December 1, 1937 in Corry, PA and was the daughter of the late Sherman and Theresa Phillips Spaulding.
On April 12, 1958, she married Thomas Edward Linski, in their hometown of Corry, PA. Upon retirement, Donna and Tom began spending part of the year in Auburndale, FL and in 2014, moved there permanently. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lakeland, FL.
Donna was an avid golfer, enjoying ladies and couples groups at The Shenvalee and The Hamptons. Her competitive spirit carried over into card and board games and in later years, bridge. Her talents were many. Donna was the consummate seamstress, crafter and artist and could "whip up a pie" on a moment's notice. She and Tom enjoyed traveling, especially cruises with family members. She will be remembered most as the always upbeat, fun-loving matriarch to her adoring family.
