Nina Rebecca Polk Didawick 97 of Woodstock widow of Charles G. Didawick died at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital on July 6, 2013. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Patmos Lutheran Church, Woodstock. Services will be private. Mrs. Didawick was born on October 4, 1915 in Shenandoah Country, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Annie Elizabeth Vetters Polk. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ. Mrs. Didawick is survived by a son, William F. Didawick and his wife, Mary Ann of Woodstock; and several nieces and nephews. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Woodstock Rescue Squad, P.O.Box 221, Woodstock, Virginia 22664.
