Patricia was born on December 9, 1935, in Asheville, North Carolina and was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen Noblett Bell. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Grandstaff.
Patricia is survived by 3 sons, Anthony Grandstaff, David Farnsworth, Jeff Farnsworth and their families, and 2 brothers, David and Michael Bell and their families.
