Elizabeth Louise Alger

Elizabeth Louise Reynard Alger born December 28, 1946, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. A Graveside Service will be on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in Valley Pike Church of the Brethren Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-5 P.M. on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Dellinger Funeral Homes, Woodstock. Pastor Beverly Funkhouser will officiate.

She was married to the late Roger L. Alger Sr. for 53 years. She was born in Woodstock to the late William L. Reynard and Elizabeth E. Scott Reynard.

She is survived by 3 children, Elaine Borden and her husband Darin of Edinburg, Roger L. Alger, Jr. of Edinburg, and Ricky S. Alger and his wife Kimberly of Cross Junction; a brother, Joseph L. Reynard; 4 sisters, Fannie Decker, Nancy Cook, Patty Nicely and her husband Jeff, and Beverly Funkhouser and her husband Ricky; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews all who loved her very much.
