Jessie Lee Salvador

Jessie Lee Salvador, 68, of Quicksburg, passed away on January 27, 2024, at her home.

Ms. Salvador was born on November 28, 1955, in Manassas Va. She was the daughter of the late Jess Mckinley Mitchell and Cora Bell Mitchell. She is proceeded in death by her two brothers Ronnie Mitchell and Jerry Mitchell.

She is survived by her three daughters, Ginger Eaton and Annie Widdifield of Quicksburg, Misty Schweigert (Tim) Strasburg; two sons, Jess “Ken” Widdifield (Jessi) of Edinburg and Neal Widdifield (Audrey) of Florence, AL.; four sisters, Alice Michaud of Greeneville TN, Connie Marion of Clifton Forge VA, Charlotte Cunningham of Telford TN, Patricia Wilkerson of Woodstock Va.; three brothers, Billy Mitchell of Morristown TN, Joe Mitchell of Warrenton VA, Johnny Mitchell of New Market VA; two grandchildren, Caleb Eaton and Ava Eaton of Quicksburg Va.; special friend, Joseph Salvador.

She was always full of life and lots of energy. Many knew her as “Momma Jessie”. Everyone who knew her loved her and her outgoing personality. She was known to tell it how she saw it. Her greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren and she let everyone know that. She loved to craft and scrap book and would sit for hours watching her beloved Hallmark movies.

Family night will be Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson Va, from 6pm to 8pm. All are welcome to come and celebrate her life with her family and friends. Her funeral services will be Friday, February 2, 2024, at 2pm at the Dellinger Funeral Home with graveside services to follow at Mt. Jackson Cemetery.
