Phillip "Buck" Keller,

Phillip “P.N.” “Buck” Keller, Jr., 87, of Woodstock, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at Consulate Health Care in Woodstock. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 17 at 3:00 p.m. at Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock. Pastor Dave Casto will officiate. Military honors will be by Woodstock American Legion Post #199 and Edinburg VFW Post #2447. Mr. Keller was born September 9, 1924 in Cherrydale, VA., son of the late Phillip Nevin Keller Sr. and Rebecca Spiker Keller. He was a graduate of Toms Brook High School and a Navy veteran of World War II and Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a self-employed painter. He was a member of Toms Brook United Methodist Church, Woodstock Moose Lodge #575 for over 55 years where he was past treasurer, secretary and administrator, former member of the Eagles, member of Edinburg V.F.W. #2447 and Woodstock American Legion Post #199. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Keller and daughter, Rebecca Keller Schmidt. He is survived by four daughters, Paula Berchdorff and her husband Charles of Covington, Natalie Chaput and her husband Frank of California, Robyn Giordani and husband Tom of Kellertown, TX and Regina Keller of Woodstock; fourteen grandchildren, Rebecca J. Grandstaff of Edinburg, Sonja Jones, Rachel Wolfe and Johanna Chaput all of CA, Carly Jo Keller and Alex Keller both of Woodstock, Katy Reynard and Samantha Reynard both of Edinburg, Melanie Lewis of Ruckersville, Melinda Cubbage of Stanley, Samantha Smith of Minnesota, Bergen Giordani of Canfield, OH, Mike Giordani of Cantonville, MD and Andy Giordani of Blacksburg and six great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock from 9-5 on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodstock Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 221, Woodstock, VA 22664.
